Laughter Yoga Sessions

There are advantages and disadvantages to living in the countryside. I could talk about it forever (what couldn’t I?!) but with today’s on-line lifestyle bandwidth is definitely a disadvantage. I have tried to stream my Laughter Yoga sessions live on Facebook and had little success so I have stepped back a few years and have filmed a session to post here… if it is a success, I’ll do more 🙂

The underlined titles below are the links to the videos

I have developed my own style of Laughter Yoga sessions. They can be broken down into 3 parts; warm-up, laughter exercises and relaxation.

PART 1 The warmup prepares our bodies and minds for the Laughter Yoga and is an essential step, please don’t skip it. It is always the same so I will post this just once.

Warm-up

PART 2 The laughter exercises are where the laughter happens, filling our bodies with happy hormones and oxygen lifting our mood and boosting our immune systems and general well-being. I theme these sessions. I do this because it seems to make the session flow better and adds even more fun for my Laughter Buddies, I will aim to post a new one each week.

There are also lots of them available from other people so feel free to have a browse and find some that you enjoy ❤
